Fergal O’Mullane

Fergal is an entrepreneur with almost 20 years of retail, retail tech and fund raising experience. Fergal was co-founder of Amplience, a leading B2B rich content solution for retailers globally.

Laura Wynch

Co-Founder

Laura has over 8 years management consulting experience, providing strategic and operational expertise to retailers, brands and private equity houses around the topic of digital transformation and omni-channel development. Passionate about the impact of the start-up ecosystem on retail, she spent the last year helping to run a pre-seed start up before joining Validify as a Partner.

Guy Mason

Extensive Background in IT leadership and business transformation across retail. Currently CIO of C & J Clarks International Ltd., with previous roles including Sainsbury’s and Boots. Working extensively in support of Private Equity owned retailers.

Mike Spearing

Mike has over 20 years retail experience, most recently as CCO for Thomas Pink. Broad experience across all customer-facing aspects of retail including ecommerce, marketing and store operations.

Paul Spinks

Paul has an extensive background in retail leadership. Currently Managing Director of Lulu Guinness and NED at Whittards. He has held MD roles at Cath Kidston and Aspinal of London.

Andy McWilliams

Andy has held ecommerce and multichannel director roles at various retailers including Ann Summers, House of Fraser, Joules, Wickes and Home Retail Group. Currently advising the boards at the Post Office and RICS on digital transformation.

Jamie Finer

Jamie has 10+ years specialising in UK and European retail with a focus on omni-­‐channel strategy and development alongside ecommerce performance management. He is currently Digital director at Karen Millen.

Gabrielle Hase

Gabrielle is a digital expert advising both retailers and technology start‐ups. Currently holds NED positions at Knomo, Tate, LS Retail and Amplience. Previous companies include LK Bennett and TK Maxx.

Pete Connor

NED, advisor and digital consultant. Advisor to retailers and retail technology companies. Previous roles include CIO for Home Retail Group and senior technology role at Coca­‐Cola & Schweppes Beverages Ltd..

Jayne O’Keeffe

Jayne is a retail marketing and digital expert with 20 year’s experience across global retail and FMCG brands. Has held senior positions in Diageo, Mars, Arnotts, M&S and Coast. Established The Brand Vault in 2014 and works with clients including Mothercare, InBev, ZX Ventures, Enterprise Ireland, and a wide range of fashion and beauty brands.

Vinny O’Brien

Vinny had deep experience in ecommerce and digital transformation. Advisor to UK and European retailers, early stage brands and retail-­‐focused technology companies.

Keith Nesbitt

Keith has deep expertise in the area of retail operations focused on business change and transformation having spent the last 10 years as COO for menswear brand TM Lewin.
